A firefighting apparatus describes any vehicle that has been customized for use during firefighting operations. These vehicles are highly customized depending on their needs and the duty they will be performing. These duties can include rescue, fire suppression, emergency medical services, and hazardous materials operations.

Unit 301 is housed at 9331 Highway 182 in Centerville. This Rescue Unit responds to Vehicle and Industrial accidents and support for structure fires. This truck is the newest of the fleet.

Unit 300 is housed at 9331 Highway 182 in Centerville. This truck is first out for residential and medical emergencies. It is equipped with lifesaving equipment and traffic control barriers.

Unit 306 is housed at 6685 Highway 182 in Shady Side. This pumper serves the east end of the Fire Protection District with a large diameter hose reel. It is capable of carrying 1,000 feet of 5" large diameter hose.

Unit 307 is housed at 9331 Highway 182 in Centerville. This pumper is mounted on a Freightliner M2 chassis and pumps 1,500 gallons per minute.

Unit 305 is housed at 5308 Highway 317 in Bayou Sale'. This pumper is mounted on a Freightliner FL 80 Chassis and pump 1,250 gallons per minute. This was the first truck purchased after taxing district was started.
